The Settings and Diagnostics screens keep your plugin healthy and tidy.
Settings:
- License key: activate updates and your site allowance, or deactivate to move the license to another site
- Defaults: the theme, format and voice every new video starts with
- AI Images: the image style added to every prompt, your image engine and the optional keys for each engine
- AI Assistant: your optional Claude, OpenAI or Gemini key, an optional fallback provider, the model and a monthly soft budget
- AI usage: every AI call with its estimated cost
- Brand Kit: your logo watermark, position and size (PRO)
- Appearance: pick from the family colour schemes to match the rest of your admin
Click Save Settings to keep changes to Defaults, AI Images and AI Assistant. License actions apply instantly.
Storage Clean Up:
Every image and narration clip is saved to your Media Library. On a big library that adds up, which matters on shared or smaller hosting. Deleted videos, and images you regenerated, leave old files behind. The Storage Clean Up tool scans for files that no current video uses and lets you remove them in one click, freeing space without touching files your videos still use.
Diagnostics:
The Diagnostics screen shows health checks at a glance:
- Your PHP and WordPress versions, and whether key encryption is available
- Whether your license is active and the license server is reachable
- Whether the image service is reachable, and which image engine is selected
- Whether an AI assistant is connected, and how many videos you have saved
- Whether PRO is installed and unlocked
- Music server, track download and music cache checks for PRO
- A one click Audio Pipeline debug that tests every stage that carries your narration, handy if an exported MP4 has no sound
If anything ever misbehaves, Diagnostics is the first place to look.
