License and updates:
Paste your license key on the Settings screen to unlock automatic updates. Your key covers up to 3 of your own sites. When a new version is available, WordPress shows the update on the Plugins screen like any other plugin.
Your data is safe on uninstall:
Removing the plugin never deletes your license, your AI keys, your settings or your colour scheme. Uninstall only clears caches and temporary data, so if you reinstall, your keys and settings are still there.

My cloned voice is not showing:
Open the Results AI Voice Engine app on your PC and keep it running. It connects to the builder automatically within a few seconds, no reload needed.
My narration disappeared after I reloaded:
Click Build Slides from the same script, then click Recover Voiceover. The plugin re-attaches the clips it already made. Going forward, clips are saved on the server as they are generated.
My browser struggled on a very large video:
Use Test Style (1 Image) to check the look first, then Generate Images, which runs two at a time. For very long videos this keeps memory use low and stable.
The update is not showing:
Make sure your license key is active on the Settings screen. Updates are delivered to licensed sites.

Open the Diagnostics screen for health checks and the audio pipeline debug, or reach support through the Resources screen.
