- In Meta Business settings, create a system user, give it your ad account, Page and pixel, and generate a token set to never expire with the permissions listed on the screen. Paste it and save.
- Choose your ad account, Facebook Page, Instagram account and pixel.
- For ads shown in the EU, fill in who benefits from the ads and who pays for them (Meta's Digital Services Act rule).
No Meta app review is needed for your own business.
