Results shows what your ads cost and what they really brought, traced to the network, campaign, keyword and landing page.
At the top:
- The date range: 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 12 months or custom dates. Every number is compared with the period just before.
- Network chips: All networks, then one chip for each network that has results or is connected. Click one to see only that network; it works the same with one network, three or all of them.
- Stat cards: ad spend, ad clicks on your site, leads, sales, revenue from ads (refunds taken off and shown), return on ad spend, revenue minus spend, and the share of clicks that became leads or sales.
Charts, in the five family styles (Area, Line, Bar, Trend, Hourly): spend and revenue day by day, leads and sales, ad clicks, cost per sale so far, and, with more than one network, where the money went.
Reports (click any column to sort, CSV to download):
- By network: spend, impressions, network clicks, clicks on your site, click rate, leads, sales, revenue, refunds, cost per lead, cost per sale and return.
- Every campaign on every network, with "Network claims": the count each network shows in its own reports. When it differs from your leads and sales, trust yours.
- Keywords that brought leads and sales (Google).
- Landing pages that turn ad clicks into leads and sales.
What counts as an ad: a click carrying a network's ad click id (gclid, ttclid, li_fat_id, rdt_cid, ScCid and others), or a link tagged as paid (utm_medium cpc, ppc, paid, paid_social and similar). Facebook and Pinterest add their click ids to your own posts too, so those count as ads only when the link is tagged as paid.
Below the reports: Autopilot, what did not come from ads (your own posts, YouTube videos, emails and webinars, each in its own row and never counted as ads), the latest leads and sales with "Where did they come from" for anyone by email, and tracking health. Figures refresh every five minutes, and straight away when new spend is read.
