Nothing shows on your website until you publish a campaign, so there is no risk in exploring the builder first.
Building your first campaign:
- Open the Campaigns tab and click New Campaign.
- Start from one of the 13 ready made templates, or pick a blank type from the Bars, Popups or Callouts grid.
- On the Content tab write your headline, sub-line and button text. The live preview beside the controls shows exactly what a visitor sees.
- On the Triggers tab choose when it appears. A sticky header bar set to Immediately is the easiest first campaign.
- On the Targeting tab choose who sees it. Leave Show everywhere on to start.
- Optional: on the Opt-in tab turn the campaign into an email capture and pick your autoresponder.
- Click Save and Publish.
The campaign is now live. The Campaigns list shows it with a Live badge and starts counting views, clicks and conversions from the first visitor.
A good first campaign:
Keep it to one clear ask. A sticky header bar with a strong headline and one button will teach you more in a day than a complicated multi element popup will in a week, because you can read its numbers cleanly.
Pausing a campaign is one click. The Live badge in the Campaigns list is a toggle: click it and the campaign drops back to a draft, stops showing on your site, and keeps every statistic it has collected.
Every campaign in the list also has Edit, Copy, Export and Delete. Copy is the fastest way to test a second angle on the same offer without rebuilding it.
