Results AI Funnels does not resell AI. You connect your own key, you pay your provider at their price, and nothing is marked up. Open the Connect AI screen to set this up.
The three providers:
- Google Gemini: listed first because Google AI Studio keys have a genuinely free tier with no card required. This is the zero cost way to start.
- Claude (Anthropic): the cleanest long form sales copy. Worth a few dollars of credit if you write long pages.
- OpenAI: fully supported if you already hold a GPT key.
Getting a free Gemini key in 60 seconds:
- Open aistudio.google.com/apikey and sign in with any Google account.
- Click Create API Key. No credit card is required for the free tier.
- Copy the key, which starts with AIza, and paste it into the Gemini card.
- Click Test Connection, then Save Gemini.
Getting a Claude or OpenAI key:
- For Claude, open console.anthropic.com, add a little billing credit, then create a key under API Keys. It starts with sk-ant.
- For OpenAI, open platform.openai.com/api-keys and create a new secret key. It starts with sk.
- Paste it into the matching card, press Test Connection, then Save.
Always press Test Connection first:
Test Connection makes one tiny call to your provider and reports back in plain language. It is the fastest way to catch a mistyped key, an account with no credit, or a rate limit, before you spend time on a full funnel.
Choosing a model:
Each provider card has a model dropdown. The recommended model is preselected and is the right choice for almost everyone. Pick a higher quality model if you want the best possible copy, or the cheapest model if you are generating in bulk.
Routing and fallback:
The Routing card sets which provider does the work and an optional backup. If your primary provider errors, the plugin automatically retries once with the fallback, so a temporary outage at one company does not stop your build.
What it costs:
Roughly 1 to 3 cents per page on a recommended model, or nothing at all on the Gemini free tier. A typical three to four page funnel runs about a dime.
Is my key safe?
Your key is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM in your own WordPress database. It is never returned to your browser and never written to logs in plain text. Only masked versions of the key are ever displayed back to you.
