A webinar funnel works on its own, and works harder when ResultsAiX Webinars is on the same site.
On its own:
Pick Webinar Register as a page type and you get a registration page: a headline, what they will learn, the host, a date line and the form, wired to your email tool and saved on your Leads screen like any other optin. Add a Thank You page and the funnel is complete.
What it cannot do alone is run the webinar. The date line is written copy, and there are no reminder emails, no live room and no replay.
With the webinar plugin on the same site:
The two find each other. A Webinar picker appears on any Webinar Register section, listing your published webinars and when each next airs. Pick one and that form stops being an optin and becomes a real registration.
- They are created as a registrant in the webinar itself, so the confirmation and reminder emails, the calendar invite and the follow ups all go out
- They get their own personal join link and replay link, which is what makes attendance and replay figures work
- The date stops being written copy: the section shows the real next airing in your own timezone, and an always available webinar says it starts as soon as they register
- They land on their own thank-you page on the webinar, carrying their join link, instead of a generic page
- Your email tool still receives them exactly as before. The webinar is an extra destination, never a replacement
Your Leads screen shows both halves. A row reads Part delivered when one destination accepted them and the other did not, so you always know which side needs attention.
Build the whole funnel around a webinar:
On the Build screen, open Build This Funnel Around A Webinar and pick one before you generate. The AI is told the webinar's real title and real airing time, so the copy stops inventing a workshop name and a date that does not exist, and every registration form in the funnel is pointed at it afterwards. Leave Add a replay page ticked and the funnel gains a replay page that plays the recording for the people who missed it.
Playing a recording anywhere:
Any Video section can play a webinar's own recording instead of a pasted address. Open Edit Content, find the video and pick the webinar. A webinar with nothing recorded yet keeps whatever address is already there, so a page never shows an empty player.
Worth knowing:
- The webinar is your choice, never the AI's. Rewriting a page cannot repoint a form at a different webinar, exactly like your email list and your buy buttons
- If the webinar cannot take a registration, the optin still succeeds and the lead is still yours
- An exported funnel posts back to your site, so registrations still reach the webinar from pages hosted anywhere
- With no webinar plugin, or no published webinar, no webinar controls appear anywhere and nothing changes
