Your license and updates:
Where your license lives:
The License screen shows your key, its status and the sites it is active on. Your key arrives by email from info@resultswithkevin.com when you buy, and your License screen shows how many sites your purchase covers.
Moving the plugin to another site:
Deactivate the license on the site you are finished with, which frees a seat, then activate it on the new site. Deactivating only releases the seat, it does not delete any funnels.
How updates arrive:
The plugin checks for new versions automatically and updates appear on the WordPress Plugins and Updates screens like any other plugin. Update in one click. There is nothing to download by hand.
Common problems and what to do:
Invalid license key:
Check for a copied space at the start or end of the key. Confirm you are using the key for this plugin and not another product. If your sites are all used up, deactivate one you no longer need from its own License screen.
The Generate button is greyed out:
No AI key is connected yet. Open Connect AI and add a Gemini, Claude or OpenAI key. Generation is deliberately disabled until at least one key is saved.
Your API key looks invalid or was rejected:
The key was refused by your AI provider, not by this plugin. Re-copy it from your provider dashboard, check you pasted it into the matching provider card, and press Test Connection.
Your AI account is out of credit:
Add billing at your provider, or switch to Gemini, which has a free tier. This is a message from your provider account and nothing on your site is broken.
Your AI account hit its rate limit:
Your provider is throttling requests, usually on a free or new account. Wait a moment and try again, or set a fallback provider in the Routing card so builds continue automatically.
The AI could not turn that page into a funnel:
The import found content but the model returned something unusable. Try again, or import a simpler page first. Very long or unusual pages are the most common cause.
Almost no readable content was found:
The page renders with JavaScript, so a plain fetch sees an empty shell. Open the page in your browser, view the page source, and use the Paste The HTML mode instead.
That page could not be reached:
The address is not publicly reachable from your server. Check the URL in a private browser window, and if it is behind a login use the Paste The HTML mode.
Published pages look squeezed by my theme:
Funnel pages publish full width using the plugin's own template. If a page looks wrapped in your theme's layout, confirm the page is still using that template and has not been switched to a theme template in the page editor.

- The screen you were on, for example Build Funnel or Import Page
- The exact message you saw, copied word for word
- Which AI provider you have connected, and whether Test Connection passes
- Your WordPress version and the plugin version shown on the License screen
