Every optin your funnels collect is written to your own site first, before a single call is made to your email tool. That order is deliberate. A wrong key, an expired token or a provider having a bad day then costs you a delivery, never the lead itself.
What each status means:
- Delivered: your email tool accepted the lead.
- Stored here: saved on this site. No destination was set on that form.
- Part delivered: one target accepted it and another did not. The row names which.
- Failed: nothing accepted it. The provider’s own message is shown on the row.
What is recorded with each lead:
- Email, first name, last name and phone where the form asked for them
- Which funnel and which page captured it
- The page address and the referrer
- UTM source, medium, campaign, term and content
- The date and time
Exporting:
Export All As CSV gives you every lead with all of the above. Use it to import into a tool that has no direct connection, to back up your list, or to rescue leads that failed while a key was wrong.
If something failed:
- Read the message on the row. It is the provider speaking, not us.
- Fix the cause on the Connections tab, usually a key or a deleted list.
- Export the affected leads and import them into your tool.
- New leads then deliver normally, so the problem is bounded to the ones already collected.
Uninstalling the plugin never deletes your leads.
