The Connections tab is where you add your email tool. You do it once, and every funnel you build can then use it.
The built in connections:
- Mailchimp
- ActiveCampaign
- Kit, formerly ConvertKit
- GetResponse
- AWeber (Developer OAuth)
- AWeber (Legacy)
- Brevo
- MailerLite
- Klaviyo
- FluentCRM
- ResultsAiX Mailer
- Sendy
- EmailOctopus
- Systeme.io
How to connect one:
- Open the Connections tab.
- Find your tool. Each card tells you exactly where its key lives inside that service.
- Paste the key and press Save.
- Press Test Connection. You should get a specific confirmation naming your tool.
If a test fails you are shown the provider’s own message rather than a generic error, so you can act on it. A rejected key, a missing permission and a service having an outage all read differently.
Six that work a little differently:
- AWeber (Developer OAuth) connects through AWeber itself instead of a pasted key. You create a small app on AWeber, set Client Type to Public and paste the fixed OAuth Redirect URL shown on the card into it. Save your Client ID, press Authorize, then paste the code AWeber shows you into the Authorization code box and save again. No password and no client secret is ever stored on your site.
- AWeber (Legacy) is the quick method with no app to create. Paste your AWeber list name and you are done. It only sends subscribers and cannot list your lists back, and subscribers are sent from your visitor's own browser rather than from your server. The lead is saved on your site first either way.
- Sendy runs on your own server, so its address is one of the credentials. Sendy has no way to list your lists, so you paste the List ID by hand.
- Systeme.io has no lists at all. Tags are how it segments contacts and how automations fire, so a tag is what you choose.
- FluentCRM runs on this site, so there is nothing to enter. If it is active, it is ready.
- ResultsAiX Mailer runs on this site too, so there is no key to paste. If Mailer is active it is ready, and your Mailer lists load straight into the form with the subscriber count beside each name. Optins land in the list you choose and behave exactly like someone who used a Mailer form: the list's double opt-in setting is respected, addresses on your suppression list are refused, tags are added without wiping the ones a subscriber already has, and any Mailer automation that starts on joining a list or on a tag runs straight away.
Not on the list?
Every optin form can also post to a webhook, which covers Zapier, Make, n8n, your own CRM, or any tool that accepts a POST. When WP Sync is active, your saved bridges appear as a destination too. And every lead is stored on your own site regardless, so you are never locked out of your own list.
Where your keys live:
Encrypted on your own server. They are masked as soon as they are saved and are never shown again, and nothing is ever sent to us.
