📁 Choosing And Publishing Report Funnels

The Funnels tab is your library. It lists every report in the registry that your licence unlocks, with a title, a niche, an enable toggle and an Edit button. A category dropdown and a search box let you narrow the list quickly.

Enabled and disabled:

A funnel with no saved settings row is treated as enabled, so straight after installing assets your funnels are live. Disabling a funnel makes its URL return a 404. Funnels from a niche your licence does not unlock also return a 404, regardless of the toggle.

How many should I publish?

There is no technical limit, and all 400 can be live at once. The practical answer is to publish the reports that match the audience you can actually reach, because every live funnel is a page you may want to promote and track.

What you can change on the funnel edit screen:

  • Funnel Status, the enable or disable toggle for this one report
  • Autoresponder and list, overriding the global default for this funnel only
  • AWeber tag, used when this funnel runs on AWeber Legacy
  • Affiliate link, the offer this funnel promotes when no country specific link applies
  • Geo offer links, one URL per region plus optional exact country rows
  • Custom headline, replacing the report's default h1
  • Background colour and background image, applied to the opt-in page
  • Page template, choosing one of the bundled designs instead of the shipped page
  • Urgency timer and progress bar, each with an on, off or inherit setting
  • Squeeze page and download page tracking codes, with head or body placement
  • Download page resource cards and banners, overriding the global set
  • External URL override, redirecting the squeeze or download page somewhere else entirely

Per funnel statistics:

The top of the edit screen shows this funnel's total page views, total opt-ins and the conversion rate between them, read from the plugin's own statistics table.

The external URL override:

If you set a squeeze or download override URL, the plugin records the view or the opt-in first and then redirects the visitor to your URL. That way you can point a funnel at a page you built elsewhere without losing the traffic numbers.

Every field on this screen is optional. Leave a field blank and the funnel falls back to the global setting, which keeps bulk configuration simple and per funnel tuning possible.
