The Lists tab answers two questions: is every funnel actually connected to a list, and who has opted in so far.
Connection status:
Every funnel shows a colour coded status.
- Green means a provider and a list are both set, so opt-ins will be delivered
- Yellow means a provider is set but no list or form ID, so subscribers may not land where you expect
- Red means no provider at all is configured for that funnel
Summary counters at the top show how many funnels fall into each state, plus your total opt-ins. A fresh install where you have not yet run the apply to funnels action will show a lot of red, and that is the fastest way to spot it.
Finding things:
- Search filters funnels by name as you type
- A status filter shows only connected, missing list or no provider funnels
- Sorting by name, opt-in count or status
- Preview links open a funnel's squeeze page and download page directly
Collected emails:
Below the status list is every opt-in the plugin has recorded, regardless of which provider handled it. This is a local copy held in your own database, which matters most when a provider call fails. The lead is stored either way and flagged as not subscribed, so nothing is silently lost.
The list supports search by email or name, filtering by funnel, filtering by date range, and paging through large result sets.
Exporting to CSV:
Click Export CSV to download the whole set. The file is named with today's date and contains these columns:
- Name
- Funnel
- Provider
- Referrer
- Date
The provider and referrer columns are useful for reconciling: provider tells you where the lead was meant to go, and referrer tells you where the visitor came from.
Why keep a local copy at all?
Because an API key can expire, a list ID can be wrong and a provider can have an outage. When any of those happen, the export is how you recover the leads and import them yourself.
