The download page is where the opt-in is counted and where your offers appear. Recording the opt-in on this page load, rather than at form submit, is what makes the count work identically for every provider mode.
The two offer slots:
Recommended resource cards Up to five cards, each with a title, a URL, a description and a button label. They render as styled cards with a call to action button, centred and responsive.
Banner images Up to five banners, each with an image URL and an optional link URL. Banners render below the resource cards, and linked banners open in a new tab.
Setting them globally:
- Open the Settings tab.
- Scroll to Download Page Resources and Banners.
- Click the add button to create a resource, and fill in the title, URL, description and button text.
- Repeat for up to five resources, then do the same for banners.
- Save.
These apply to every funnel's download page.
Overriding them per funnel:
- Open a funnel's edit screen.
- Find the Download Page Resources and Banners section.
- Add funnel specific resources or banners there and save.
When a funnel has its own resources or banners, they replace the global set for that funnel entirely rather than adding to it. So a health report can promote something completely different from a technology report.
If you configure no resources and no banners at all, the shipped page is left untouched and its original recommended resource block remains, pointing at your default offer link.
The LeadsLeap notice:
When a funnel's provider is LeadsLeap, the download page also shows a short notice explaining that a confirmation email is on its way from SendSteed and that the download below is already available. That provider forces double opt-in, and without the notice subscribers stall without confirming. The notice appears for no other provider.
Where the offer links point:
The default offer link on the shipped download page is rewritten to the funnel's geo smart link, so clicks route through the country logic and get recorded. Resource card and banner URLs are used exactly as you enter them, so use the smart link there too if you want the same routing and click recording.
