The Diagnostics tab is a one glance health report. It is the first place to look when something seems off, and the first thing support will ask for.
Copy Report for Support:
Press "Copy Report for Support" and the whole report is copied as plain text. The button changes to "Copied! Paste into your support ticket". In the screen's words: "No passwords or API keys are ever included." The "Open Support" button beside it opens the support desk. Plugin:
- The plugin version and your licence status.
- "Collector endpoint". The address visitor data is sent to, with a "key set" badge.
- Tests. How many are running, paused, drafts and ended.
- "Tracking every page", Heatmaps and Replays. Each on or off, matching your Settings.
- "AI (bring your own key)". Which provider is configured, or "Not configured (optional)".
- "Hourly cron (winners, refunds)" and "Daily cron (retention)". Each should say Scheduled. The hourly job declares automatic winners and brings in refunds. The daily job runs the cleanup.
- "Page cache". If a page cache is on, a reminder that tested pages send no-cache headers, and to exclude tested addresses if visitors always see one version.
Family connections:
WP Conversion Tracker, ResultsAiX Mailer, ResultsAiX Forms, Launch Manager, WooCommerce, Easy Digital Downloads and ResultsAiX Hub, each marked "Detected, conversions attributed" or "Not installed (optional)".
Environment:
WordPress, PHP (7.4 or later is needed), the database version, your site address, HTTPS, the memory limit and output buffering, which Element tests use to swap text on the server.
Database Tables:
The six tables the plugin uses, labelled Tests, Versions, Events, Heat cells, Replays and AI jobs, each with its row count.
If something shows a red badge:
For a missing table, a job that is not scheduled or a missing collector key, the screen gives the same advice: deactivate and reactivate the plugin. That is safe, because deactivating never touches your tests or results. It does release the licence on this site, so have your key ready to enter again.
