The test shows no visitors:
Logged in editors and administrators are never counted, so test in a private browser window. If the numbers still do not move, the page may not match. Pick it from the page picker instead of typing an address. Also check "Share of visitors in the test" and the Devices setting in section 4, and that the test status is Running.
Everyone sees the same version:
A page cache or CDN is serving one saved copy. Exclude the tested address in your cache plugin or CDN rules. Also remember that a visitor keeps the version they were first given, so you will see the same one each time in the same browser. Use the Preview links to see the others.
Conversions stay at zero:
"Any conversion" needs one of the supported plugins reporting leads or sales: WP Conversion Tracker, ResultsAiX Mailer, ResultsAiX Forms, WP Sync, Launch Manager, WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads. Without one, set a thank-you page, click or form goal. For a thank-you page goal, type a part of the address that appears on that page only, such as /thank-you/. Conversions are only added while the test is running.
The test will not start:
Read the message on the builder. It names what is missing, for example a challenger with no changes, or a goal that needs a value.
The editor is blank:
A security plugin or server rule may be stopping your site from being shown inside a frame on its own pages. Press "Open in a tab" above the frame: the editor opens in its own tab and every click there is sent back to the builder, as long as the builder tab stays open. Or allow same-site framing in that plugin, then reload the builder.
A text change does not show:
The change looks for the original wording. If the page wording has since been edited, open the editor, select the element again and re-apply the change.
The heatmap says "No data yet for this view":
Heatmaps fill in from real visitors. Editors, administrators and bots are left out. Check Settings under Tracking, and try All devices in case the device filter is empty.
No replays are appearing:
Check "Record session replays" in Settings, the percentage of visitors recorded and the minimum length. Very large pages can exceed the size cap per replay, which you can raise.
No winner email arrived:
The email goes to the admin address in WordPress general settings when a winner is declared automatically. Winners declared by hand do not send one.
