Do I need any other plugin?
No. Tests, heatmaps and replays work by themselves with a thank-you page, click, form, scroll or time goal. With WP Conversion Tracker or another supported plugin installed, leads, sales and refunds are credited automatically.
Do I need an AI key?
No. A key adds three optional helpers. Without one, the AI buttons stay hidden and everything else works the same.
Is there a limit on tests, versions or pages?
The plugin sets no limit on any of them.
Can I run more than one test on the same page?
It works, and a visitor can be in several tests at once. The Training tab advises one at a time on a page, because tests on the same page can muddy each other's answer.
My page gets little traffic. What should I test?
The Training tab's advice for under 100 visitors a day is to test the biggest change you can, such as a whole page, since a small change needs far more visitors before a difference shows.
Does the plugin promise a winner?
No. It reports what happened and how sure the numbers are. Some tests end with no clear difference, and the report will say it is too early for as long as that is true.
Will my own visits be counted?
Not while you are logged in as an editor or administrator. That is the default and the Training tab recommends keeping it.
How do I see a version without being counted?
Use the Preview links in the builder or on the report.
What happens to my data if I deactivate, update or delete the plugin?
Deactivating or updating never touches your data. Deleting the plugin from the Plugins screen removes its settings and licence details and leaves your tests, results, heatmaps and replays in the database.
How do I remove everything?
Settings has a Danger Zone. Tick "I understand ALL tests and data will be permanently deleted", type DELETE in capitals and press "Delete all plugin data". Every test, result, heatmap, replay and setting on this site is removed. There is no undo.
Can I move my licence to another site?
Yes. Use "Deactivate This Site" in the licence panel, or "Remove" beside a site you have stopped using, then activate on the new site.
