ResultsAiX Optimize listens for leads and sales from the plugins below. There is nothing to set up on either side. Leave the goal on "Any conversion" and each lead or sale is credited to the version that visitor saw.
WP Conversion Tracker:
Every lead and sale it records is credited through the click id it already stores, including sales reported later by a payment notification. When it has stored a gross amount for a sale, that is the figure used. Refunds and chargebacks it marks are brought in once an hour, looking back 120 days, and taken off the version that earned the sale. In Settings under Tracking, "Money events from WP Conversion Tracker that count as sales" starts as sale, rebill, purchase, order. The screen adds: "Anything else with revenue still counts as a sale; "lead" never does."
ResultsAiX Mailer:
Every new subscriber is a lead. Purchases it records count as sales.
ResultsAiX Forms:
Every captured entry is a lead.
WP Sync:
Every contact it captures is a lead. This needs WP Sync 1.0.115 or later. Deliveries that WP Sync marks as failed are skipped.
Launch Manager:
Purchases count as sales, and refunds and chargebacks are taken back off.
WooCommerce:
Each order is counted once, with its total, when the customer reaches the order received page. Full and partial refunds are taken back off.
Easy Digital Downloads:
Each completed purchase counts as a sale with its amount. A refund, full or partial, is taken back off the version that earned the sale, and the same refund is only ever taken off once, however many times the store reports it.
ResultsAiX Hub:
Optimize appears in the Hub, adds a Hub tab and can follow the Hub's colour scheme.
ResultsAiX Funnels and other page plugins:
Funnels is listed on the Resources tab. There is no special connection to set up. A page that appears in the page picker is tested like any other page, and one that does not can be matched with the URL pattern option.
Checking what is connected:
Diagnostics has a "Family connections" table. Each plugin shows "Detected, conversions attributed" or "Not installed (optional)".
Working without any of them:
Choose a goal the plugin can see by itself: a thank-you page, a click on an element, a form submission, a scroll depth or time on the page. Every test also records engagement, and heatmaps and replays need no other plugin. With no sales source, pick the winner by "Conversion rate" or "Engagement (time + scroll + clicks)", since revenue per visitor would have nothing to count.
