💬 Chats in the WordPress toolbar. At the top of every admin screen, on every site running Pulse, the black toolbar has a Chats menu with your unread count: Chat history, Live chats (reply now), Chat reports and Moments. On your other connected sites it takes you straight to your main site, where the chats are kept.
Support Desk connected Chat history is the one place that keeps every conversation: the homepage chat, the sales page chats, the members chat, and with Pulse on the same site a 🗨️ Live chats view of the chats you, your Moments and the assistant had on your sites. Each one shows who it was (photo, name, lifetime value), where it happened, what they clicked, whether they left their details and what they bought after it. Search by words or by email; Reports shows what actually sells.
Support Desk not on this site The Chats page keeps the live chats. With ResultsAiX Support Desk installed, its Chat history keeps every chat in one place, these included, with what people clicked and bought after.
The Chats page and Chat Setup both have a button to it too, and there is a 📜 Chat history tab in Pulse's own tabs.
