Do I need the Support Desk to use Pulse?
No. The globe, People, timelines, Stats and Moments all work on their own. The ResultsAiX Support Desk adds the assistant that answers the chat from your help articles, the tickets, and the Knowledge screen where you teach it what to say.
Can it watch more than one site?
Yes, as many as you like. Each site gets its own ID and code on the Connections tab, and plain HTML pages join with one line of code.
Will my own visits mess up the numbers?
No. Your own logins and the connections you browse from are left out, and This is me on a person's page removes any browser of yours that slips through.
Does anybody else see my visitors' names?
No. Names and lifetime values only show inside your dashboard. The optional public live page shows the traffic without anybody's name.
Where is the data kept?
In your own WordPress database, on your own site.
How do I get Pulse?
Pulse is part of the ResultsAiX Bundle and is not sold on its own. Bundle owners download it from the members area.
