The Stats tab is the report you would build in a big analytics tool, except it knows who your visitors are, what they bought and what your ads cost. Pick a date range (or two dates) and a site; everything on the page follows it.
- The headline numbers. Visitors, new visitors, visits, page views, pages per visit, average visit, one-page visits, people you know, new leads, sales, revenue, visitors who bought, revenue per visitor and the lifetime value of the visitors you know. Each one compares with the period just before; hover a number for what it means. Click one and the big chart shows it.
- The big chart. The number you picked over time, with the period before as a grey dashed line, leads and sales as bars, and your ad spend as a red line. Each of those has a tick box, so switch off any you do not want to see. Hover any day for the exact figures.
- Ad spend, ROAS and what you kept. Spend comes from WP Conversion Tracker (the cost per click on each tracking link times its clicks) and from ResultsAiX ADs. Set a cost per click on a tracking link and its spend appears here. With spend recorded, three more numbers join the top: Ad spend, Return on ad spend (revenue for every $1) and Revenue after ad spend. Ad spend is for the whole period and is not split by the filters.
- Where they came from. Direct, Organic Search, Paid Search, AI Assistants (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity and the like), Organic Social, Paid Social, Email, Video, Affiliates, Referral and Display. A hop between your own sites keeps the channel that brought the person in the first place.
- Right now and What stands out. Who is on your sites this minute, and plain sentences about the period: visitors and revenue against the period before, the channel that brought the most money, what grew or fell the most, the best first page for buyers, a busy first page people leave, the customers who came back and the busiest time of the week.
- ✨ Explain this period and tell me what to do. Your assistant reads the numbers on the screen and writes what happened, what is working and three things to do next, using only your own figures.
- The world, pages, devices and hours. A map and a table by country or city; pages with time on page, where visits start and end, and the sales that followed; device, browser, system and language; and a week by hour heat map.
- The people behind your numbers. The most valuable visitors of the period with lifetime value, what they bought this period and where they came from, plus every sale with the first page and the channel that led to it. Click a name for their whole story, or Chat now while they are online.
Click to filter. Click a channel, a country (in the table or on the map) or a device, or use the Who and Page boxes at the top, and the whole report narrows to it. Each filter shows as a chip at the top: click it to take it off, or Clear all.
