A Moment opens the chat by itself, with one line from you, for one kind of person on the pages you choose. They have their own ✨ Moments tab, and they run on their own switch: a Moment that is on works whether or not visitor chat is on, and the visitor can answer it.
- Every Moment is a card with its On/Off switch, who, where and when, its words, how many times it opened, how many answered and when it last showed. A warning appears when its pages had no visits in the last 30 days, so a Moment that can never fire never hides.
- + New Moment, or a starting point: a lead reading a sales page, a customer back on your site, a new visitor lingering on a page, someone on the page of a product they do not own, or an owner on their product's page (help, never sell). Edit, Duplicate and Delete on every card.
- The editor shows the pages people actually visit with their view counts, so you tick pages instead of typing them, and a live preview of exactly what the visitor will see.
- Check a page. Paste any page and pick a kind of visitor: Pulse says which Moment would open for them, or exactly why none would.
Each Moment says:
- Who. Everybody, people we do not know yet, people we know who have not bought, customers, or anybody we know. Optionally who own a product or who do not own it yet: a customer on the renewal page, or a lead reading the sales page of something they have not got. When Pulse cannot tell whether somebody owns it, the Moment does not open: a sales line to somebody who may already own it is exactly the annoying kind.
- Where. Every site or one, and the pages (/pricing/, /wp-sync/*, * for every page).
- When. After how many seconds on the page, and once per person every how many days (30 unless you change it).
- What it says. Your own line, with {first_name} and {page} filled in, or leave it empty and your assistant writes one for that page and that person.
Built never to annoy. One Moment per person per day across all of them, never while a chat is already open, never to you (your own visits are not counted), and never to somebody you blocked. The first matching Moment wins, so put the most specific ones first. Each Moment shows how many times it opened and how many people answered it.
When they answer. Your assistant replies, or with ResultsAiX Support Desk the Desk's assistant does, from your help articles and product list. When it cannot help, or they ask for a person, they are asked for their email, and the whole conversation goes to you.
Start with one. For example: customers, on your renewal or members pages, after 40 seconds, "Hi {first_name}, anything I can help you with while you are here?" Switch it on, watch the numbers for a week, then add the next.
