Every sale recorded by a family plugin on this site bursts on the map where that buyer was last seen, and every new opt-in pulses as a lead. Nothing to set up: if the plugin is here, Pulse is listening.
Sales from somewhere else
Under Connections, The Family you will find a Sales webhook address and a shared secret. ResultsAiX Commerce on another site can post to it, and so can any other system:
- Send a JSON body with email, name, amount, currency, product, ref and source.
- Sign it: header X-RAVG-Signature = HMAC-SHA256 of the raw body with your shared secret.
- The same sale sent twice is counted once.
Rotate the secret any time with the button beside it. The old one stops working at once.
