ResultsAiX Pulse is a WordPress plugin that shows you who is on your sites right now, who they are to you, and lets you talk to them while they are still on the page. It runs on your own site and keeps its data in your own WordPress database.
It does three jobs:
- See who is on your sites. A live globe and flat map of everyone on every site you connect, with playback for the last hour, six hours or day.
- Know who they are to you. Customers, leads, VIPs and new visitors, with names, what they own and their lifetime value, from the ResultsAiX plugins you already run.
- Talk to them. A chat on your pages, Moments that open the chat by themselves for the right person on the right page, and every conversation kept in one place.
Install it on your main WordPress site and activate it with your licence key. That site becomes the hub. Your other sites connect to it with a code from the Connections tab, and plain HTML pages join with one line of code.
With the ResultsAiX Support Desk installed, the chat answers from your own help articles and product list, and conversations where a visitor leaves an email become tickets in the Support Desk inbox. Pulse works on its own without it.
Your own visits are never counted, and neither are search engines, crawlers or automated browsers. Names and lifetime values are only ever shown to you, inside your dashboard.
Pulse is part of the ResultsAiX Bundle and is not sold on its own.
