The Diagnostics tab collects the facts support usually needs into one page, read live from your own site. Open it before you contact support, click Copy For Support, and paste the result into your ticket.
What it shows:
- System: plugin version, WordPress and PHP versions, site address and whether the site is a multisite.
- License: whether the license is active, and the key in masked form.
- Publishing: how many image providers are registered, your default provider, paper type, when the background queue next runs, the database version and your book counts.
- AI and cost: which text AI is in use, text calls, tokens and estimated text spend for the last 30 days, the last AI error with its time and provider, images generated today, your daily image safety cap and whether the background queue is running normally or paused.
- Environment: server software, SSL, PHP memory limit, maximum upload size, whether the image library is available and whether WP-Cron is enabled.
Copy For Support:
The button copies the whole report as plain text. Your full license key is never included, only the masked version.
Why the AI and cost section matters:
If a page or a listing kit fails, the last AI error shows the provider's own words, which usually names the cause straight away. The cap line tells you at a glance whether generation has paused because the daily image safety cap was reached. You can change the cap under Settings.
Where is it?
It sits between Training and Resources in the tab strip, and the Settings tab has a Diagnostics shortcut in its Help and your account panel.
