Results AI Publisher installs like any other WordPress plugin and requires WordPress 5.8 or newer and PHP 7.4 or newer.
Installing:
- In WordPress go to Plugins, then Add New, then Upload Plugin.
- Choose the results-ai-publisher ZIP file and click Install Now.
- Click Activate Plugin. An AiX Publisher item appears in the admin menu.
Activating your license:
Until a license is activated, the plugin shows only its activation screen. Paste the license key from your purchase receipt into the field and click Activate License. The key is also available in your member dashboard, and it arrives by email after purchase.
Once the key is accepted the full admin loads: Dashboard, New Book, My Books, Publish, Providers, Settings, Training, Diagnostics and Resources. There is no separate License tab: your license lives in a panel at the top of the Settings tab, and any old link to the License tab opens Settings.
What happens if the license server is unreachable?
Activation degrades gracefully. If the master license server cannot be reached at the moment you activate, the plugin activates locally and a daily WordPress cron job retries the sync in the background. A notice on the plugin's screens and on the Plugins page says the sync is pending until the retry succeeds, and the plugin keeps working in the meantime. You can also click Refresh License Info in the license panel at the top of Settings.
Your license covers three WordPress sites and renews yearly. The license panel at the top of Settings shows the key (masked), a status badge, the licensed email, the renewal date and the sites the key is activated on, with a count of seats used. The plugin version is shown on the Diagnostics tab.
Moving the plugin to a different site:
Use the Deactivate This Site button in the license panel at the top of Settings. That frees the seat on your account so you can activate the same license somewhere else. The same panel has a box for pasting a different license key, and a Remove button next to each other site the key is activated on, which frees that site's seat.
The updater runs independently of the license state, so a site that has fallen out of sync can still receive plugin updates and fixes.
