Results AI Search asks for your license key the first time you open it. Until a key is entered the plugin shows only the activation screen, so this is always your first step.
Where your key came from:
It was emailed to you from info@resultswithkevin.com right after your purchase.
How to activate:
- Go to the AI Search menu in your WordPress sidebar.
- Paste your key into the box.
- Click Activate.
That is it. The full menu appears and you can start choosing your content sources.
How many sites can I use it on?
Your license covers up to 3 of your own websites. Need more? The Developer site packs add 10, 25 or 100 extra sites in one payment.
Moving the plugin to a different site:
Open AI Search, then License, and click Deactivate On This Site. That frees the slot so you can activate somewhere else. Your settings, rules and index stay exactly as they are, so if you reactivate later everything is still there.

Once activated, AI Search, then License shows your masked key, your plan (Core or PRO), which site this is, and whether the key has synced with our license server.
What if my site cannot reach the license server?
The plugin activates locally and keeps working, then finishes syncing automatically. You may briefly see a notice saying the sync is pending. There is nothing for you to do.
Common messages and what they mean:
- That key does not include Results AI Search: the key is for a different product
- This license has no sites left: deactivate a site you no longer use, or add a site pack
- This license has expired, or is no longer active: renew, or contact support
- That license key was not accepted: check for a typo, then contact support
