The Diagnostics screen gives you a one glance health report for your site.
What it shows:
- The plugin version, your license status and whether the PRO tier is unlocked
- The search index and the search log, each with its row count. If a table is missing, deactivate and reactivate the plugin
- Your WordPress, PHP and MySQL versions, your site address, whether HTTPS is active, the memory limit and the maximum execution time
Getting help:
- Open AiX Search, then Diagnostics.
- Click Copy Report for Support.
- Paste it into your support ticket.
The report has everything needed to diagnose your site. No passwords or API keys are ever included. The Open Support button on the same screen takes you to the support desk.
