If you also run WP Sync, Results AI Sign registers itself as a bridge source inside it. That means every signer of a completed document can be pushed straight into your email marketing tool, tagged and ready for onboarding, with no manual export.
How to set it up:
- Install and license WP Sync. The bridge engine only loads when WP Sync core is licensed, and the hand off only fires when that engine is present.
- In WP Sync's Bridge Builder, create a bridge with Results AI Sign as the source and your autoresponder as the destination. The source offers a single endpoint covering all signed documents.
- Save the bridge. Nothing else is needed on the Results AI Sign side.
What gets sent, and when:
The hand off fires when a document reaches completed status, which means every signer has signed. Each signer with an email address is pushed once, carrying their email, their first and last name split from the name on file, a stable contact identifier, and three custom fields: the document title, the signing timestamp and a status of signed. A conversion key built from the document and signer IDs travels with it, so a repeat push for the same signer is recognisable.
Lists, tags and delays live in the bridge configuration inside WP Sync, not in Results AI Sign.
Checking the connection:
The Settings tab shows the live state in the Automation section. It tells you when WP Sync is not installed, when WP Sync is installed but not yet licensed, or when the connection is ready and you can go and build the bridge.
A good use for it:
A new client onboarding sequence that fires the moment the contract is signed, rather than whenever you remember to add someone by hand. Welcome email, what happens next, the intake form, the calendar link.
