Two tabs sit beside Settings for the times you need help or want to see what else works with the plugin.
The Diagnostics tab:
A one glance health report of your site. If you hit a problem, click Copy Report for Support and paste it into your ticket. It has the details support usually asks for first. No passwords or API keys are ever included. An Open Support button takes you straight to the contact page.
What the report covers:
- Plugin: the plugin version, whether the PRO add-on is active and its version, the license status, your document counts by status, whether protected storage exists and is writable, when the daily maintenance job next runs, and the state of the WP Sync connector and the Mailer hand-off.
- Environment: WordPress, PHP and database versions, your site address, whether HTTPS is active, whether pretty permalinks are on, the memory limit, the maximum execution time and the address outgoing mail is sent from.
- Database tables: whether each of the plugin's four tables exists and how many rows each holds.
Two lines are worth checking first if signers cannot open their links. Permalinks must be pretty rather than plain, and the site should be on HTTPS.
The Resources tab:
A card grid of the wider ResultsAiX toolkit: plugins that install straight into WordPress alongside this one, platforms and services, and free tools. Anything already installed on your site is marked as such.
