Results AI Sign installs like any other WordPress plugin.
- Download the plugin zip from your account portal.
- In WordPress, go to Plugins, then Add New, then Upload Plugin, and choose the zip file.
- Click Install Now, then Activate.
- Open the new AI Sign menu in the admin sidebar.
Activating your key:
Before a key is entered, the AI Sign menu shows only the activation screen. Paste the license key from your purchase receipt into the License key box and click Activate license. The plugin checks the key against the Results license server and, if it is valid, unlocks the Dashboard, Documents, Templates, Training and Settings tabs.
If activation fails, the message tells you why. A key that is not recognised usually means a typo or a stray space. A message about no available sites means the key is already in use on the maximum number of sites, so deactivate it on a site you no longer use. An expired key needs renewing before it will activate.
Seats and multiple sites:
The number of sites your key covers is set by the license itself. The Settings tab shows the current status, the renewal date and how many sites are in use. Clicking Deactivate license on this site frees that seat for another site and leaves every document, signature and audit trail on the site untouched.
What happens if a license lapses:
The management screens lock until you renew, but documents that are already out for signature keep working. Signers can still open their links and sign, completed documents stay downloadable through their signer links, and the daily maintenance job keeps running. Only the admin side is gated.
Updates:
The plugin includes an updater, so new versions appear on your WordPress Plugins screen in the normal way while the license is active.
The PRO addon is a separate plugin with its own key. Install it the same way, then enter its key on the PRO screen inside the AI Sign menu. PRO needs the core plugin active to do anything.
