PRO installs as a second plugin alongside the core plugin and unlocks with its own license key. It needs the core plugin active. Once licensed, a PRO Tools screen appears inside the AI Sign menu and the locked panels elsewhere in the admin turn on.
AI Draft:
On the New Document screen, describe the deal in plain English and click Draft It With AI. The draft lands in the editor with merge fields and signature blocks already placed. Be specific about the money, the timeframe and the deliverables. Always read a draft before sending it, because AI writes a first draft, not a final legal document.
AI Localize:
On PRO Tools, pick any built in or saved template, name a country and a language, and an adapted, translated copy is saved into Your templates. Merge fields and signature tags are preserved. Have a native speaker glance at anything high value.
Bring your own AI key:
PRO does not bundle an AI subscription. Choose Google Gemini, Claude or OpenAI in Settings, paste your own key, save, then click Test connection. Google offers a free tier key from AI Studio that needs no card. The key stays on your server and is used only when you click an AI button.
Automatic reminders:
Set an interval in days in Settings and unsigned signers get a polite nudge on that cadence, recorded in the audit trail. Zero turns it off, and signed or declined signers are never chased.
Bulk send:
Send one agreement to a whole list, each recipient getting their own private copy and link. Build a single signer draft first with every field numbered 1, then paste recipients one per line as name and email, or just an email. Up to 100 per batch. Ideal for affiliate terms, waivers and release forms.
Your branding:
Your logo, accent colour and company name on the signing pages, replacing the Powered by line.
Webhooks:
Put a URL from Zapier, Make or your own system in Settings and it fires the instant a document completes, carrying the document ID, title, completion time, the SHA-256 seal, the signers with their signing times, and your site URL.
In person signing:
PRO Tools lists everything currently awaiting signature with a Start In-Person Signing button. Open it, hand over your phone or tablet, and they sign on the spot.
Embedded signing:
Put a signing experience on any page of your site with the rsign_document shortcode, using the token from the end of a signer's link and an optional height.
Unlimited saved templates:
Core keeps 3 saved templates. PRO removes the cap.
