Before you start:
Connect at least one source capable app and at least one destination capable app on the Connections tab. The builder only opens once both exist.
Open the builder:
Go to the Bridges tab and click Create Bridge. A full page wizard opens with a live flow preview at the top showing source, condition count and destinations.
- Name the bridge. The name is only for you and appears on the Bridges list. Something like AC Nurture to AWeber Broadcast beats Bridge 4.
- Choose the source app. Pick from the connected source apps, or choose No source if this bridge will be triggered by a click, a form or a conversion rather than by watching a list.
- Choose the source list or event. On accounts with many lists a type to filter box appears above the dropdown. Some sources offer sub options here, for example Zoom lets you choose registrants or attendees, and sales sources let you route all sales, one product, or an event such as a refund. There is also a Refresh lists link if you just created the list in the other app.
- Click Continue. The step collapses into a one line summary and the destination step opens.
- Choose the destination app and its target list, channel or board. Set the action if that connection offers more than adding to a list, then set the field mapping for this destination, then Continue.
- Add more destinations if you want, using Add a destination app.
- Open Filters and options if you want conditions, or a redirect URL when the source is a form.
- Click Create Bridge on the sticky bar at the bottom.
After saving:
The new bridge appears in the Bridges list, enabled. Run a dry run with the Test button before you rely on it, then add a real contact in the source and check the Activity Log.
