The Activity Log tab lists every action WP Sync has taken, newest first, twenty five entries per page.
The columns:
When, type, email, name, IP address, bridge name, the apps involved, and the status. Rows with more detail carry a Details button.
The two event types:
- Bridge. A sync that came from a polled source run.
- Optin. A form or push submission that came in directly.
The three statuses:
- Success. Every destination accepted the contact.
- Partial. Some destinations accepted and at least one did not.
- Failed. The delivery did not succeed, and the error message is recorded.
Searching and filtering:
The search box matches email, name or IP address. Two dropdowns narrow by type and by status. This combination is how you answer the most common question of all, which is whether one specific person ever synced.
The Details panel:
Expanding a row shows the per destination result message, the source, the referring page and the user agent where they were captured, and the exact timestamp.
What gets logged that people often miss:
Contacts stopped by a filter are logged as skipped, with the condition named. They are not silently discarded, so a bridge that appears to be doing nothing may in fact be filtering correctly.
Clearing the log:
There is a Clear Log button on this tab, and the same action in the Settings danger zone. Clearing is permanent and cannot be undone, so export or read anything you need first. The total entry count is also shown on the Diagnostics tab.
Privacy note:
The log stores the contact details that moved through the bridge, so treat it as personal data under whichever privacy rules apply to you.
