The Dashboard opens with an Analytics block built from your own activity history. The charts are drawn natively inside your admin, with no outside chart libraries.

Choosing a range:

The buttons across the top are Today, Yesterday, 7d, 14d, 30d, 90d, All time and Custom. Custom opens two date fields and takes any range of up to 180 days. Your choice is remembered for you.

The trend cards:

Four cards sit at the top: how many contacts were synced, the average per day (per hour when you look at a single day), your best day and your success rate. Each is compared with the previous period of the same length, so you can see the direction and not just the number. On a long range the best day becomes the best week, and for a single day it is the busiest hour.

The daily chart:

Hover anywhere on the chart for the exact numbers, day by day, split into success, partial and failed. Flip it between a smooth trend line and stacked bars that split every day into those three.

The three health rings:

  • Sync health shows the share of syncs that succeeded, partly succeeded or failed.
  • Destination share shows where your contacts are really going.
  • Bridge share shows which automation does the heavy lifting.

Showing and hiding:

A Hide charts button collapses the block and remembers your choice.

How queued contacts are counted:

A contact waiting on a delay or a drip is counted once, when it delivers, not when it joins the queue.

When there is nothing to show:

Until your bridges have run, the block says your charts will appear as your bridges run.
