The Connections tab is where every tool gets connected. Each card shows whether the app works as a source, a destination or both, plus a stable or beta badge. Only connected apps appear in the bridge builder, so this is always the first stop.
The connection methods you will meet:
- API key or API key plus account URL. Used by apps such as ActiveCampaign, ConvertKit, GetResponse, GoHighLevel and Mailchimp. Paste the credential and click Connect.
- OAuth authorization. Used by AWeber Developer OAuth. The card walks you through creating the app and pasting the returned code, and it reads every list on the account, even on accounts with well over a hundred.
- Web form ID. Used by AWeber Legacy. This is a quick push only method and works as a destination only, because the legacy web form route has no read API.
- Server to server OAuth. Used by Zoom, which takes an Account ID, a Client ID and a Client Secret.
- Service account JSON. Used by Google Sheets. After pasting the key you must share each sheet with the service account email as an Editor.
- Paste a webhook URL into the other app. Used by inbound webhook sources such as Stripe, PayPal, Calendly, WarriorPlus and JVZoo. WP Sync shows you a unique endpoint URL to paste into that app's notification settings.
- Auto detected on this site. Used by WordPress plugins such as WooCommerce and Easy Digital Downloads. There is no credential at all, WP Sync hooks straight in once the plugin is active.
- Outgoing channel webhook or bot token. Used by Slack, Discord and Telegram.
Buttons on a connected card:
- Test Connection verifies the credential and prints a plain English result on the card.
- Edit Settings changes a key or token without disconnecting first.
- Refresh Lists re-pulls lists, sheets, webinars or channels from the app.
- Disconnect removes the stored credentials for that app.
