🔑 License Tiers And Site Limits

Three products, three keys:

WP Sync is sold as a core plugin plus two optional packs. Each is its own product with its own license key, and each is activated in a different place.

  • WP Sync core: activated on the activation screen the first time you open the plugin. This unlocks the bridge engine and every built in autoresponder connection.
  • Pro Pack: installed as its own plugin, then activated with its own key on the Add-ons tab.
  • Connect Pack: installed as its own plugin, then activated with its own key on the Add-ons tab.

What the Settings tab shows:

Open Settings and the License panel shows the active status, your key with most characters masked, how many of your allowed sites are currently in use, and the renewal date. The number of allowed sites comes from your license itself, so the figure you see there is the authority.

Moving to another site:

Click Deactivate License in Settings before you move the plugin. That frees the seat so you can activate on the new domain. If you skip this step and run out of seats, the activation on the new site will report that no seats are left.

Ongoing validation:

WP Sync re-checks your license with the license server on a daily schedule. That is what lets an expiry or a removed seat take effect without you doing anything.

What happens if a pack key is missing:

Core keeps working exactly as before. The pack plugin simply stays dormant and its connectors do not register, so they will not appear in Connections or in the bridge builder until the key is entered.
