Will WP Sync import my existing list?
A new bridge relays contacts who appear in the source after the bridge starts watching, so it never sweeps in a whole list by surprise. To bring across the people who were already on the source list, use Backfill, or Migrate for a very big list.
How many bridges can I build?
The plugin does not cap the number of bridges. In practice you are limited by your own hosting and by the rate limits of the apps you connect to.
Does WP Sync send emails to my contacts?
No. It hands the contact to the destination app you chose, and that app does all the sending.
Do my contacts pass through your servers?
No. Everything runs from WordPress on your own server, and your API keys and tokens stay in your own database.
Do I need the packs?
No. Core alone bridges the 39 built in autoresponder apps. The Pro Pack adds 13 connectors for forms, webhooks, spreadsheets, webinars, project tools and CRMs. The Connect Pack adds 124 integrations, including stores, carts, calendars, lead ads, courses, chat, help desks, event sources and posting destinations. Together that is 175 connections. Each pack is a separate purchase with its own key.
Can one bridge feed several apps?
Yes. Add as many destinations as you like, each with its own list, action, field mapping and optional delay.
Why can I not select an app as a source?
Either it is not connected yet, or it is a destination only connection. Check its card on the Connections tab.
What does a beta badge mean?
The connection is fully functional but may need small tweaks on unusual account setups. Every connection is currently marked stable.
Can I feed a new account slowly?
Yes. Set a drip on the destination, for example one contact every five minutes or fifty an hour, and WP Sync paces the flow for you.
Can I move a really big list?
Yes. Use Migrate on the bridge. It works through the whole list in the background, a batch at a time, and you can pause, resume or cancel at any time.
Can I see how my syncs are doing over time?
Yes. The Dashboard analytics show daily results, trends, a success rate and where your contacts are going, for any range you pick.
Can WP Sync send purchases to Meta?
Yes. The Connect Pack includes Meta Conversions (CAPI), which sends Purchase, Lead and sign up events to your Meta Pixel, server to server.
Does it work with the other ResultsAiX plugins?
Yes. ResultsAiX Mailer and ResultsAiX Payments are built in, ResultsAiX Webinars and WP Conversion Tracker have connections, and every contact WP Sync captures is announced to the family so a ResultsAiX Optimize split test credits the right version.
How fast is a sync?
Push sources deliver the moment the event happens. Polled sources are checked every five minutes by WordPress cron, and Run Sync Now polls on demand.
What happens when my license expires?
WP Sync re-checks the license daily, so access follows the state of your license on the server. Renew or contact support to restore it.
Can I move the plugin to a different site?
Yes. Deactivate the license in Settings first to free the seat, then activate on the new site. You can also remove another site from the list in Settings to free its slot.
Is the activity log private?
It stores the contact details that moved through your bridges, on your own site. Clearing it is permanent and cannot be undone.
