ResultsAiX Payments is a source built into WP Sync core. It listens to the payments recorded by the ResultsAiX plugins on your own site, such as ResultsAiX Funnels and ResultsAiX Membership, so there is nothing to paste and no key to enter.
Connecting:
Open the ResultsAiX Payments card on the Connections tab. It is ready when a ResultsAiX plugin with payments switched on is active on the site. Test Connection says it is listening and shows the last payment event it saw.
What a bridge can watch:
- All payments, meaning sales and renewals.
- Sales only, meaning the first purchase.
- Renewals only, meaning subscription payments.
- Buyers of one product. Product entries appear automatically as real sales come through.
- Refunds. A refund only ever runs bridges that explicitly picked Refunds, so a list building bridge never quietly receives people who were refunded.
What arrives with each payment:
The buyer's email and first name, plus fields you can filter on, map and use as tokens: the amount, the currency, the product name, the payment gateway, the transaction id and the type of event. The field names appear in the filter dropdown and in the token chips automatically.
Protection against repeats:
Each payment carries a transaction id, and a repeat of the same event is ignored, so a resent notification never syncs the same buyer twice.
What this makes possible:
Sales go on your customer list. Renewals tag active subscribers. Refunds remove the customer tag. Each is its own bridge watching its own event.
Enrolling straight into a Mailer automation:
When the destination is ResultsAiX Mailer, the destination's Automations control has an Also enroll every synced contact in picker, so a buyer coming through the bridge can drop directly into the automation you choose.
