🚀 What WP Sync Does

WP Sync is a WordPress plugin that moves contacts between the apps you already pay for. It installs on your own site, keeps your API keys and tokens in your own database, and relays every new contact automatically, so contacts never pass through a third party middleman and you are not billed per task.

What people use it for:

  • Copying new subscribers out of one autoresponder and into another.
  • Sending buyers, bookings, form fills and lead ad leads into your email list the moment they happen.
  • Posting each new contact into a team chat channel, a spreadsheet, a help desk or a CRM.
  • Fanning one contact out to several destinations at once, each with its own field mapping.

The whole plugin lives under a single WordPress admin menu with ten tabs: Dashboard, Bridges, Connections, Add-ons, Activity Log, Training, Diagnostics, Settings, Resources and Hub.

What WP Sync is not:

It is not a bulk importer. A bridge relays people who appear in the source after the bridge starts watching. Contacts already sitting on a list are not backfilled. It is also not a sending platform. WP Sync never emails your contacts. It hands each contact to the app you picked as the destination, and that app does the sending. This documentation was written against WP Sync 1.0.88 together with the shipped Pro Pack and Connect Pack, and every connector count in it was taken from the plugin source rather than from marketing copy.
