🛒 WooCommerce And Other WordPress Sources

The Connect Pack includes a group of connections that read from plugins already installed on the same WordPress site. They are auto detected, which means there is no API key, no OAuth and no webhook to paste. Activate the other plugin, reload the Connections tab, and the card appears ready to use.

The WordPress native sources:

WooCommerce, Easy Digital Downloads, Studiocart, SureCart, LearnDash, LifterLMS, Tutor LMS, MemberPress, Paid Memberships Pro, Wishlist Member, GiveWP and Amelia.

What WooCommerce can route:

  • All completed or processing orders.
  • Orders containing one specific product.
  • Refunded orders, across all products or for one product.
  • Cancelled orders, across all products or for one product.
  • Failed payments, across all products or for one product.

WooCommerce Subscriptions:

If the WooCommerce Subscriptions extension is present it is detected automatically, and subscription cancellations and expirations route to the cancelled events while rebill failures route to the failed payment events.

No duplicate sends:

Each order is stamped per event, so an order moving through processing, then completed, then refunded fires each of those events exactly once rather than re-syncing the buyer on every status change.

The other on site plugins:

Course and membership plugins fire on enrollment or on a new member of a level, GiveWP fires on a donation, and Amelia fires on a booking. In each case the contact is delivered instantly, because the plugin is on the same server and there is nothing to poll.

A typical setup:

One bridge sends every completed WooCommerce order to your autoresponder customer list with a custom field naming the product, and a second destination on the same bridge posts the sale into Slack so the team sees it immediately.
