ResultsAiX Forms costs $27 a year and one licence covers 3 websites, your own sites or client sites, with unlimited forms and entries on each. It is also included in the ResultsAiX bundle. Your licence key is emailed to you automatically when you buy.
Installing:
- In WordPress go to Plugins, Add New, Upload Plugin.
- Choose the ResultsAiX Forms zip file, click Install Now, then Activate.
- A new menu item called "AiX Forms" appears in the WordPress sidebar.
Activating your key:
Until a key is active, the AiX Forms menu shows one screen: "Activate your license". Paste your key into the "License key" box and click "Activate license". Spaces are removed and small letters are capitalised for you, so a straight paste from the email works. You will see "License activated successfully!" and the page reloads with the full set of tabs.
If activation is refused, the message tells you why:
- "License key not recognized. Please check your purchase email."
- "This key is valid but does not include ResultsAiX Forms."
- "This license has no available sites left. Deactivate it on another site first."
- "This license has expired. Please renew to reactivate."
- "Could not reach the license server, so the key could not be checked. Nothing was changed. Please try again in a moment."
If you see the last one more than once, open the Diagnostics tab. Its "Licence server" row shows whether your site can reach the licence server, with a "Check again" button.
The License panel:
Open the Settings tab. The License panel at the top shows your key with the middle hidden, a Status pill, "Licensed To", and a "Renews" date when your key has one. Under "Activated Domains" you see every site using this key for ResultsAiX Forms, how many sites are used out of the number your key allows, and the current one marked "(this site)".
- "✕ Remove" next to another site frees its slot. In the panel's own words: "It frees the slot for a new install; it does not switch the plugin off on that site." Handy for staging copies and sites you have closed.
- "Deactivate This Site" releases the site you are on, ready to move the key elsewhere.
- "Change license key" with "Replace key" swaps to a different key.
- "Refresh License Info" pulls the latest details.
- "All my keys & downloads" opens your account portal. Lost your key? Use "Find it in your portal".
Switching the plugin off keeps your licence:
Deactivating ResultsAiX Forms on the Plugins screen, for example while you test another plugin, does not release your licence. Switch it back on and everything carries on where it was, with no key to paste again. The only thing that releases a site is "Deactivate This Site" in the License panel, or "✕ Remove" from another site on the same key.
Moving to a new site:
On the old site, click "Deactivate This Site" in the License panel. If the old site is already gone, use "✕ Remove" next to it from any other site on the same key. Then install the plugin on the new site and activate it with the same key.
Good to know:
The plugin checks your key again once a day. If the licence server cannot be reached, nothing changes on your site. If a key ever lapses, the admin returns to the activation screen, while forms you have already published keep showing and keep collecting entries. Updates arrive through the normal WordPress update screens, and the Diagnostics tab shows whether your site can reach the update server.
