💌 Sending Leads To ResultsAiX Mailer And Your Autoresponder With WP Sync

Any submission with an email address can go straight to your email list. There are two routes, and one form can use both. Either way the entry is saved in ResultsAiX Forms first, so a lead is never lost.

Route 1: ResultsAiX Mailer on the same site:

There is no API key and nothing to paste. If ResultsAiX Mailer is active, the Integrations & AI tab shows "Connected" with the number of lists ready.

1. Open the form in the builder and find "Send leads to ResultsAiX Mailer".
2. Tick "Add every lead to a Mailer list".
3. Under "Mailer list", type to search and click the list. The subscriber count beside each name helps you tell similar lists apart.
4. Optionally fill in "Tag to add (optional)", for example quote-request. The tag is merged with tags the subscriber already has, and tag triggered automations start the moment the lead lands.
5. Save the form. It needs an Email address field.

What Mailer receives: the email, first and last name, and the lead's traffic source, UTM campaign and UTM source as custom fields, so you can segment by where leads came from. The list's own double opt-in setting is respected. An address on Mailer's suppression list is refused by Mailer, because a person who asked not to be emailed always wins. When Mailer turns a lead away, the entry is still safe in ResultsAiX Forms and the reason is written to the error log on the Diagnostics tab.

If you see "Mailer has no lists yet", create a list in Mailer and reload the builder.

Route 2: any autoresponder through WP Sync:

With WP Sync active and licensed on the same site, ResultsAiX Forms appears as a source in WP Sync's Bridge Builder.

1. Open WP Sync, Bridge Builder.
2. Choose "ResultsAiX Forms" as the source, then one form or "All forms".
3. Choose one of your connected autoresponders or services as the destination and save the bridge.

From then on, every submission that carries an email is pushed straight away, with the name, the form's name, the visitor's answers, and the traffic source, UTM campaign, UTM source and device as custom fields.

Checking the connection:

The Integrations & AI tab shows the state of both. For WP Sync it reads "Connected", or "Almost" when WP Sync is installed but its licence is not active yet. The Diagnostics tab lists both connectors too, and its error log records any hand off to Mailer or WP Sync that did not go through, with the reason.
