Everything lives under one menu item, "AiX Forms", with shortcuts to Dashboard, Forms, Entries and New Form. Inside, a tab bar runs across the top of every screen, with a "New Form" button at the end. If you run the ResultsAiX Hub, a "Hub" link appears in the same bar.

Dashboard:

The Dashboard answers three questions: how many leads came in, where they came from, and how many people started a form but never sent it. On a new install you see a welcome panel with "Build your first form" and "Open the training".

Choosing the period:

  • Pick a range at the top: Today, Yesterday, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, This year or Lifetime. It opens on 30 days.
  • Or type your own From and To dates under "Custom" and click "Apply".
  • When you have more than one form, a dropdown lets you look at one form on its own, or All forms.
  • The range drives every number, chart and list on the page, and each card says which period it covers. Dates and times are in your site's timezone.

The number cards:

  • "Entries" in the period you picked.
  • "Leads with email" counts people, not submissions. Someone who fills in your forms three times counts once.
  • "Start → submit" compares the visitors who started typing in a form with the entries that arrived, over the same days, for example 12 of 40 starts.
  • "Average time to fill", and your best hour, day, week or month, depending on the length of the range.
  • "Unread entries" and "Active forms" always show the position right now, whatever range you picked. Click either one to jump straight to that list.

Under the numbers, a small line shows the change against the period before, for example "vs the previous 30 days", "vs yesterday", or "vs the same days last year" for This year. Lifetime has nothing before it, so it shows no change line.

The charts:

  • Entries over time, by hour for a single day and by day, week or month for longer ranges. Switch between Area, Line and Bar. The period before is drawn dashed underneath, lined up day for day, so you can see at a glance whether you are ahead. Quiet days show as zero rather than disappearing.
  • "Which days people submit" and "What time people submit", so you know when your leads arrive.
  • "Where your leads come from" with a bar per traffic source, "Top campaigns" from your UTM tags, and "Devices".
  • "Entries by form" when you are looking at All forms. Click a form's name to see that form on its own.
  • "Your forms" at the bottom, with each form's all time entry count, completion rate and shortcode.

The numbers refresh the moment a new entry arrives or one is deleted.

Forms:

Every form, newest first, filtered by All, Active, Drafts or Closed. Each row shows the status, number of fields, entries, completion rate, the last update and the embed shortcode. Row actions: Edit, Entries, Activate or Close, Duplicate, Export CSV and Delete.

Entries:

The inbox for every submission, with filters, search, stars, bulk actions, a full view of each entry and the CSV export.

AI Insights:

Pick a form and get a written summary, findings and recommended next actions from your own AI provider. Insights always cover every entry the form has ever received. The "Answer breakdown" charts below it work with no AI key.

Integrations & AI:

Connection status for ResultsAiX Mailer and WP Sync, your AI provider keys and models (the best everyday model for each provider is listed first), provider routing, the monthly soft budget and the AI usage log, with the reason shown under any call that failed.

Training:

The built in guide: quick start, the Dashboard, the builder, field types, conditional logic, after submit, embedding, attribution, entries, emails, AI, Mailer, WP Sync, spam protection, privacy, appearance, your licence, Diagnostics and the error log, and troubleshooting.

Resources:

Other tools from the same team. Anything already running on your site is marked "Installed".

Settings:

The License panel, "Help & your account", Appearance, Notifications (including who your form emails come from), Spam protection, Privacy and the Danger Zone.

Diagnostics:

A one glance health report: licence, connections, who your emails come from, your server, the plugin's database tables, whether your site can reach the update and licence servers, and an error log of the last 7 days. The "Copy Report for Support" button copies it all, including the latest log lines.

New Form:

Opens the builder with an empty form. Editing an existing form opens the same builder, and the Forms tab stays highlighted while you work.
