Each form carries its own look, so one site can run several styles. Everything here is in the right hand column of the builder, and the live preview below the builder shows each change as you make it.
Style:
- "Accent color": the colour used for the button and highlights.
- "Card theme": Light or Dark. A dark form keeps its light text and dark fields on every theme and page builder, so it always reads clearly.
- "Button style": Filled, Outlined, Gradient or Minimal.
- "Button alignment": Left, Center, Right or Full width.
- "Button text": "Submit" to begin with. Change it to match the job, such as Get my quote.
- "Floating labels on text fields": the label sits inside the box and moves up when the visitor clicks in or types. It applies to text, email, phone, URL and number fields. Screen readers still hear every label.
Layout:
Set a field's "Width" to "Half width" to place two short fields side by side. On narrow screens they stack to full width by themselves. Use Section breaks to split longer forms into groups, and an HTML / content block for your own text or links between fields.
The form's styling is self contained, so it keeps its look inside any theme.
After submit:
Under "What happens" choose one:
- "Show a thank-you message": the form is replaced by a tick, your "Thank-you heading" and your "Thank-you message". They start as "Thank You!" and "Your message has been sent. We will get back to you shortly." Line breaks in the message are kept, so you can write it as short paragraphs, for example a thank you, then what happens next, then a line about when to expect a reply.
- "Redirect to a page": fill in "Redirect URL (when redirecting)" and the visitor is sent there on success. This is how you lead people on to an offer, a download or a booking page.
Either way the entry is saved, your emails go out, and your Mailer or WP Sync connections receive the lead.
Defaults for new forms:
Settings, Appearance holds "Default form accent color" and "Default form card theme". As the hint says: "These are the defaults for new forms; each form can override both in its builder."
The admin colour scheme:
Also under Settings, Appearance, "Color scheme" changes how the plugin's own admin screens look. It does not touch your forms, which keep their own per form style. The first choice, "Follow the ResultsAiX Hub", is the default and matches the scheme set in the ResultsAiX Hub, so every ResultsAiX plugin on the site looks the same. The nine others are WordPress Native, Clean White, Ivory Cream, Snow Light, Developer Dark, Midnight Blue, Ocean Blue, Sunset Warm and Rose Pink. The screen previews each one as you choose, from the dropdown or from the colour swatches beside it. Click "Save settings" to keep it.
