ResultsAiX Forms is complete by itself. Other plugins add to it when they are present, and nothing stops working when they are not.
With nothing else installed:
Building, publishing, entries, lead attribution, the Dashboard, abandonment counting, both emails, all five spam layers, CSV export, Diagnostics with its error log and the "Answer breakdown" charts.
With your own AI key:
"Describe it, AI builds it" in the builder and the written analysis on AI Insights.
With ResultsAiX Mailer:
Every form gains a working "Send leads to ResultsAiX Mailer" panel: tick a box, pick a list, add an optional tag. No API key. Mailer also powers the "Customer insight" panel on your entries, as described below.
With WP Sync:
ResultsAiX Forms appears as a source in WP Sync's Bridge Builder, so every lead can flow to any autoresponder or service you have connected there.
Customer insight:
Entries that have an email, or a tracked click from WP Conversion Tracker, show a "Customer insight" button. One click opens a panel that matches the lead to the person behind it:
- "Existing buyer", with a VIP badge where it applies: total spent, number of purchases, first sale, last sale and their "Recent purchases". The panel's advice: "An existing customer just raised their hand. Answer this one first."
- "Known lead": someone you already know, with no purchases recorded yet.
- No match yet, for first time visitors.
For an existing buyer the panel shows their Gravatar picture, unless you switch that off under Settings, Privacy.
Where the panel gets its information:
- With WP Conversion Tracker and its Audience Vault add-on, the panel reads your sales and visitor records, and can match a lead by their tracked click even before the vault knows their email.
- With ResultsAiX Mailer alone, the panel uses your Mailer subscribers and purchase records instead. A known lead is shown as a Mailer subscriber with their status, when and how they joined, their country, and how many emails they opened and clicked. A buyer's figures carry a "from ResultsAiX Mailer" tag.
- With all three, WP Conversion Tracker and Audience Vault are asked first, and Mailer is checked for anyone the vault does not know yet.
- With none of them, the button simply explains what it needs.
The activity timeline:
Known people also get an "Activity timeline" of the forms they have submitted and the traffic source each time. When ResultsAiX Mailer runs on the site, the timeline also shows their purchases and the emails they were sent, opened and clicked, whichever of the plugins above found the person.
With the ResultsAiX Hub:
The admin colour scheme can follow the Hub, a "Hub" link joins the tab bar, and ResultsAiX Forms is listed in the Hub with your other plugins.
With Elementor, Akismet or an SMTP plugin:
Elementor gets a dedicated "ResultsAiX Form" widget, shown fully styled in the Elementor editor. Akismet can act as an extra spam layer. Any SMTP set up on your site carries the notification and thank you emails automatically, and if your SMTP plugin sets its own sender, that sender is kept.
The Resources tab:
Lists the other tools from the same team, including ResultsAiX Surveys and ResultsAiX Funnels, with anything already on your site marked "Installed".
Where to check:
Diagnostics shows a status line for AI, the WP Sync connector, the ResultsAiX Mailer connector and "Customer insight (WCT + Audience Vault)". Its error log records any Mailer or WP Sync hand off that did not go through.
