A member report shows one member's whole story on a single screen. It works with no AI key.
How to open one:
- On the Insights PRO AI screen, go to Member Reports, type a name or email and click Find Member, then pick the member
- Or, on the Member Activity screen, click Full report beside any member in the Recently Active Members table
What a report shows:
- Their name, email, when they joined, and a link to edit their user
- Pages read, total views, pages read this week and when they were last seen
- Their timeline, newest first, with how long ago and how many views each page has had
- Their most read pages
- Their searches, with a tag on any search that found nothing
The searches list fills in as members search.
The AI read:
With an AI key connected, click AI Read On This Member. You get a short read of that member: how engaged they are, what they are clearly interested in, any risk such as going quiet or hitting locked content, any opportunity such as being very engaged, and one specific suggested action.
Without a key, the report above still works and the AI read shows a link to add your free key.
