Automatic descriptions come from page content. On pages built with a page builder that content often starts with menus, buttons or boilerplate, which makes a poor search result. The Listings Writer fixes that in bulk.
How to use it:
- Go to AI Tools.
- The top of the screen shows how many indexed items have no written description yet.
- Click Write descriptions for all.
The tool works through the list one item at a time, writing a single clear sentence for each and saving it as that item's search description. You can watch the progress bar, and you can click Stop at any point. Everything written before you stop is kept.
One at a time:
Every row also has its own Write button, so you can do a single page without running the whole batch.
What it writes:
One sentence of roughly twelve to twenty two words, based on the real content of that page, written to make someone want to click. It never repeats the title back at you.
Where the result goes:
Straight into that item's search description, exactly as if you had typed it on the Search Listings screen. You can edit or replace anything it writes at any time.
Pacing:
The batch leaves a short gap between items so it stays well inside free tier rate limits. A few hundred pages takes a few minutes. Leave the tab open while it runs.
