Both tools live on the Insights PRO AI screen and need an AI key connected in PRO Settings. Without a key the screen shows what they would do and a link to add your free key.
The AI Analyst Report:
Click Generate My Report. PRO reads your search log and your member activity together and writes a plain language report: what is working, what needs fixing, and your three moves this week. The report is saved on the screen with the time it was made. Click Generate A Fresh Report any time.
Ask AI Anything:
Type a question about your searches, your members or your content, and press Ask. A few that work well:
- Who are my 10 most engaged members?
- What did people search for this week that found nothing?
- Which members went quiet in the last month?
- What content is nobody reading?
Follow up questions are welcome, because each conversation remembers what was said. Conversations are saved in the list beside the chat. Click New Conversation to start a fresh one, or open an older one to carry on.

Under an answer, open How I got this to see exactly how it was worked out from your own data. That way you can check any figure yourself.
What it looks at:
Your own search log, member activity, searchable content and member list, read only. Nothing is ever changed, and it can only tell you what your site has recorded.
Good to know:
The AI calls use your own key and appear in the AI Usage panel, so you always see what they cost.
