The Analytics tab inside a webinar shows what actually happened, pulled from your own database.
The six tiles:
- Registrations, the total number of people who signed up
- Showed up live, distinct people with live attendance recorded
- Show up rate, live attendees as a percentage of registrations
- Watched replay, distinct people who opened the replay
- Offer clicks, the number of attendance rows with a recorded offer click
- Click rate, offer clicks as a percentage of live attendees
The attendance curve:
The curve splits the webinar into twelve points and shows how many live viewers were still watching at each one, based on the furthest point each attendee reached. The steepest drop tells you which part of your webinar to tighten. The curve only appears once there is live attendance data and the webinar has a known length.
The dashboard view:
Back on the Webinars screen, each webinar card shows its mode, the next scheduled session, the number of registrations and the show up rate, so you can compare webinars at a glance. There is a search box, and Duplicate and Delete buttons on each card. Duplicating copies every setting so you can spin a variation off an existing webinar. Deleting moves the webinar to the trash.
The CSV export:
Click Download CSV to get every registrant for that webinar with these columns: email, first name, registered date, session time in UTC, attended yes or no, minutes watched, behaviour group and whether they clicked the offer. The behaviour group is the same classification the follow up emails use, so the export explains exactly why each person received the email they did.
Using it well:
The two numbers that move the needle are show up rate and click rate. Show up rate is fixed by scheduling and reminders. Click rate is fixed by the content before the offer, which is exactly what the attendance curve points you at.
