By default every webinar feeds the connections and lists you set up on the Email screen. The Autoresponder for this webinar panel, at the bottom of each webinar's Emails tab, lets one webinar do something different.
Site wide or per webinar:
- Use my site wide connections and lists is the default, and behaves exactly as the Email screen is set up.
- Choose which connections fire for this webinar lets you tick only the connections this webinar should use. A connection you leave unticked never hears about this webinar's registrants or what they do. In this mode each ticked connection can have its own list and its own tag for the webinar. A blank list or tag falls back to the site wide setting.
Connections you have not connected yet are shown with a note to add their key on the Email screen first.
A list for each audience:
Whichever mode you use, the panel gives every connection six list boxes, for the people who:
- sign up, added the moment they register
- attended live, added when they enter the room
- did not attend, added when their session ends without them
- saw the offer
- clicked the offer
- watched the replay, added when they press play on the replay
Leave any box blank to skip that move. These lists fire on top of any behaviour tags, so platforms that are managed by lists rather than tags segment just as well. Use whatever ID your platform gives a list, audience, campaign or form. When a connection is live, the boxes become dropdowns of your real lists, pulled straight from the account, and for ResultsAiX Mailer they list your own lists at once, including one you have just created.
The custom fields, including the session time and tracking tags, travel with these list moves too.
AWeber (Legacy):
Legacy is the one connection that cannot take audience lists after sign up, because it can only be posted from the registrant's own browser at the moment they register.
